Magic

Magic Erasers really are magic. Really. The other day I accidentally left a sharpie marker out on the counter. I wasn't gone long...but by the time I returned, sharpie marker had made it onto my Pottery Barn plates. Abigail, oblivious to any wrong-doing, just told me "I writing my A's Mommy". (We have been practicing writing the letter "A" these days). I pulled out our magic eraser and Hooray--- they really are magic and my plates are as good as new.
p.s. Abigail and I did have a little chat about only writing on paper.

I've always heard those are good, and I think I better get one to have on hand for just the right moment. Glad it worked for you!

Magic Erasers have saved my children many a time.(they even work on my microfiber couch!) They know where they are and how to use them. Of course they are older than your sweet Abigail, but since their invention I have been much more calm about "writing".

Oh that is great. I'll add that to my list of "things to remember when I'm a mama". And tell Abigail that her cousin Anne says the letter "A" is the best letter in the alphabet :)
